First, the basic handling of safety operations
1. Please wear overalls, safety shoes, work caps and protective glasses when working. Note: Do not wear gloves to operate CNC machine tools.
2. Do not move or damage the warning sign installed on the machine.
3. Do not place obstacles near the machine. The work space should be large enough.
4. If a job needs to be completed by two or more people, you should pay attention to mutual coordination.
5. Do not use compressed air to clean machine tools, electrical cabinets and NC units.
Preparations before work
l. Before the CNC machine tool starts work, it must be preheated. If the lubrication system is checked for normal operation, if the CNC machine tool has not been activated for a long time, it can be manually lubricated to all departments.
2. The tool used should conform to the specifications agreed by the machine, and the tool with severe damage should be replaced in time.
3. Do not forget the tools used to adjust the tool.
4. Whether the central hole of the large-size shaft type is suitable, the central hole is too small, and it is dangerous to work.
5. After the tool is installed, it should be tested one or two times.
6. Check the status of the chuck clamping work.
7. Before the machine is started, the machine protection door must be closed.

Safety considerations during the work process
l. It is forbidden to touch the tip and iron filings with your hands. Iron scraps must be cleaned with iron hooks or brushes.
2. Do not touch the rotating spindle, workpiece or other moving parts by hand or by any other means.
3. It is forbidden to measure and change the speed during the machining process, and it is not allowed to wipe the workpiece with cotton thread or clean the machine tool.
4. During the operation of the machine tool, the operator must not leave the position, and the machine will immediately detect the abnormal phenomenon.
5. Always check the bearing temperature. If it is too high, you should check with the relevant staff.
6. During the processing, the machine guard door is not allowed to open.
7. Strictly abide by the post responsibility system, the machine tool is used by a special person, and the use of others must be approved by me.
8. When the workpiece extends beyond 100 mm of the machine tool, a shield must be placed at the extended position.
Matters needing attention after the completion of the work
l. Remove chips, wipe the machine, and keep the machine and environment clean.
2. Be careful to check or replace the oil sight plate on the machine tool rail that has been damaged by the grinding.
3. Check the status of lubricating oil and coolant and add or replace them in time.
4. Turn off the power and mains power on the machine control panel in turn.
