[Measures]
1 Confirm that the FF plug of the MPU board is plugged in.
2 Confirm that the plugs of the ACR board are plugged in.
3 Pull out the FF plug of the MPU board (the FC plug of the ACR board is plugged in), check the voltages of FF20 to FF23 and FF20 to FF25 after power-on, and check the FF20 (negative meter) to FF23 (positive meter) with the multimeter. The voltage value is +15V, and the voltage between FF20 (negative meter) and FF25 (positive meter) is -15V.
4 Replace the ACR board and check if the electronic board is damaged.
5 Replace the MPU board and check if the electronic board is damaged.
3 17# fault (car SDA communication is abnormal)
[Measures]
1 Check that the SYCD1 lamp of the SOC board and MPU board lights up.
2 Confirm that the main CONTROL-1 power supply voltage is DC12V.
3 Confirm that the Y2 plug of the main car top electrical box and the computer room control panel is plugged in, and the contact between the plug and the socket is in good contact.
4 Confirm that Y2-1 to Y2-5 are not broken.
5 Replace the SDC board and check if the electronic board is damaged.
6 Replace the MPU board and check if the electronic board is damaged.
4 21# fault (overcurrent detection fault)
[Measures]
1 Make sure the plug of the following electronic board is plugged in.
ACR board: FA, FB, FC plug
BDU board: FA plug
MPU board: FF plug
2 Press 2, 3, and check that the DC±15V power supply voltage is normal.
3 Check the HCTA wiring and plug connector status.
4 Confirm that the voltage of the ACR board FE2 to the ground meets the voltage requirements specified in Table 8-4.
ACR board FE2 to ground voltage
Note: “43HZ†and “50HZ†in the table refer to the frequency of the motor.
5 Remove the MG, MF, MJ plugs on the BDCC board, remove the short wiring between the power transistors, and measure the resistance between the poles of the power transistor with the multimeter 20KΩ (refer to Table 8-5 for normal resistance). To judge the quality of the power transistor.
Power triode pole resistance
6 Replace the ACR board and check for damage.
5 27# fault (repetition fault)
[Measures]
1 Check if the safety circuit switch and door lock switch contact are not in good contact.
2 MOOE-2-SET reads the read fault record and analyzes the cause of the 27# fault.
6 35# fault (40D, 40G ON fault)
[Measures]
1 Make sure that the car door lock electrical wiring is not shorted and the car door lock is not forced to pull.
2 Confirm that the electrical wiring of the hall door lock is not shorted.
3 Confirm that the 40D relay contacts are normal.
4 Replace the FIO board and check for damage.
7 36# fault (run command input buffer contact fault)
[Measures]
1 Confirm that the car top inspection switch contacts are in good contact.
2 Confirm that the FK, FF, and FJ of the SDC board are well connected.
3 Replace the SDC board and check for damage.
4 Replace the FIO board and check for damage.
8 60# fault (level table and number error)
[Measures]
1. When 60# failure occurs when the height measurement of the floor is not carried out, it is a normal phenomenon.
2. When the height of the floor is measured, when the 60# fault occurs:
1 Confirm the number of installed magnetic shields;
2 Confirm the depth at which each magnetic shield is inserted into the sensor.
3 Confirm the sensor wiring.
4 Confirm that the limit switch unit is installed in the correct position.
5 Perform the floor height test again.
6 Contact the Technical Section to check if the landing specification table set by the MPU board matches the actual floor of the elevator.
9 74 failure (frequent safety drive)
[Measures]
1 MOOE-2-SET reads the fault record and analyzes the cause of the fault.
2 Confirm the safety circuit switch and the car door switch contacts are in good contact.
10 83 fault (starting compensation is not normal)
[Measures]
1. When the high speed is running, 83 faults occur when the differential transformer is not adjusted, which is a normal phenomenon.
2. When the test is heavy and 83 faults occur during the operation, the following checks should be made:
1 When the load is confirmed, the voltage between the control panel Y3-8 and Y3-9 is about AC4V.
The voltage between Y3-10 and Y3-11 is about AC6V.
2 Replace the AD board and check for damage.
3 Re-set the no-load and rated load.
11 86 failure (open door lock), 87 failure (closed door lock)
Precautions
When it is necessary to replace the electronic board to judge whether the electronic board is damaged, the electronic board to be judged should be changed to the normal running elevator for testing, and the good electronic board cannot be changed to the faulty elevator for testing. When the condition is limited to the elevator that does not operate normally, the cause of the failure should be clearly checked to confirm that the electronic board is not damaged due to the external circuit, and then the good electronic board can be changed to the faulty elevator for testing to prevent the good electronic board from being damage.
