The Guangzhou Urban and Rural Committee invited experts to formulate new plans for the bright projects on both sides of the Pearl River and the new central axis. The newly planned bright project on both sides of the Pearl River has a total length of 18 kilometers, extending from Baietan to the east to the Weizhou Bridge. At the same time, the newly-watched new central axis night scene will become a 5km long fantasy picture.
Energy saving and low carbon dressing up the Pearl River
Xiao Wenhao, vice chairman of the CPPCC and director of the Municipal Urban and Rural Construction Committee, said that according to the requirements of the Municipal Planning Bureau, Tsinghua University has been invited to plan and design the overall planning plan for the bright projects on both sides of the Pearl River, and also to plan the new central axis bright project of Zhujiang New Town.

White swan will implement bright engineering transformation
The designer responsible for the bright engineering design on both sides of the Pearl River said that the implementation of large-scale buildings on the banks of the Pearl River, such as White Swan Hotel and Jiangwan Hotel, has been selected. The total planned mileage is 8 kilometers.
According to reports, the external lighting project of White Swan Hotel is currently in the process of transformation due to its long-term use. In this plan, the exterior lighting of the White Swan Hotel should be designed by the owner, with a warm yellow color as the main color and a partial light projection. At present, the design plan for the bright project of White Swan Hotel has been completed. The urban and rural committees of the city are seeking the opinions of the owners. Other projects are in the preparatory stage.
In addition, the Zhujiang New Town central axis design will increase the lighting on some weak nodes based on the integration of existing lighting facilities. In order to avoid the impact of the bright project on the residents along the Pearl River, in this design, the public building lighting will be dominated by light, and the residential lighting will be dominated by the top, controlling the light distance.
Construction sites and new construction projects must be “lightedâ€
In December last year, the first construction site in Guangzhou was “lighted upâ€. Before the end of November this year, all the construction sites in Guangzhou must implement the bright project in a unified manner before the completion of the project handover, and all “lightingâ€.
In addition to the construction site under construction, the newly completed real estate should also wear "evening dresses". In April this year, the Municipal Urban and Rural Construction Committee issued a notice requesting that the city's upcoming real estate development and construction must complete the bright project by September 30.
