The acquired plant is located in Chengdu High-tech Zone, with a total area of ​​more than 250,000 square miles, of which 120,000 square feet of factory area has been put into operation, and the remaining area of ​​more than 130,000 square feet can be used as an area for future expansion of production.
According to TI executives, the acquisition is to strengthen the company's production capacity in response to the expansion of customer demand. In terms of sales, the acquired plant is equivalent to more than $1 billion a year.
