Germany's Fipu Optoelectronics exhibited the world's largest LED flashlight

[High-tech LED News] It is reported that the flashlight produced by the German Fipu Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. was exhibited at the Festival of Light held in Solingen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, and is known as the world's largest flashlight. This flashlight is up to 4 meters long and comes with 19 high performance LED bulbs. To this end, the company entered the Guinness Book of World Records.

According to reports, the bulb is not designed to the usual size, it also outstanding performance in terms of energy efficiency. Current LED lamps are up to 13 times more powerful and 1000 times longer than conventional bulbs in terms of energy efficiency and working time. If the flashlight has a luminous flux of 100,000 lumens, it will consume 1000 watts. In contrast, 250 40-watt traditional bulbs consume 10,000 watts.

OLED is organic light-emitting diode (D1de), which has the characteristics of self illumination, high brightness, wide viewing angle, high contrast, flexibility, low energy consumption and so on. Therefore, it has been widely concerned. As a new generation of display mode, it has gradually replaced the traditional liquid crystal display, and is widely used in mobile phone screen, computer display, full-color TV and so on. OLED display technology is different from traditional liquid crystal display technology. It does not need backlight. It uses very thin organic material coating and glass substrate. When there is current passing through, these organic materials will emit light. However, as organic materials are easy to react with water vapor or oxygen, OLED displays have high requirements for packaging.
