Third, control introduction
After thorough analysis of the process, the conveyor belt did not enter the PLC and was controlled by a button. The miscellaneous was controlled by the normally open point of the contact cups of the left and right rotors. The manual section was moved to the text screen. In this way, Kinco-K306-24AR is selected for the PLC, and the I/O point is right. Eliminating the use of foreign brands plus extended control. The text screen uses Kinco's text screen.
The FA609 rotor spinning machine needs to measure six speeds. The speed of yarn feeding and the speed of feeding cotton are relatively slow.
