It is understood that this rule applies to rated voltage 220 V, frequency 50 Hz AC power, rated power of 3 W ~ 60 W, the use of screw heads or bayonet lamp heads, used in general lighting for home and similar applications, to control the start and The use, filing, and announcement of the stable ignition component integrated and non-detachable self-ballasted fluorescent energy efficiency logo (hereinafter referred to as logo).

This rule does not apply to hooded self-ballasted fluorescent lamps.
