3. Cut holes :

 Our standard cut tolerance is ±0.2 mm but tighter tolerances can be met when required. Extrusion is available as bars or cut-to-length
(marked, deburred, and ready for installation).We can drill holes through any of our housings to meet your specific requirements.
Our CNC processing center enables us to carry out difficult machining work to tight tolerances. From a nominal dimension
(both size and location) our CNC equipment tolerance is ±0.1mm. We are capable of holding ±0.2 mm with high process
capability on dimensions of size (hole diameter).

1. Our standard finish treatment have two different way , sanblast and brush   

Brush number  :  120# , 150 # , 180# ,240# 
Sandblast number : 80# , 100#

2. Words print : made different words print method have silkscreen and engraving  

Silkscree : can print several color  , tolerance is  ±0.2 mm -±0.3mm
Engraving : only white color , will not easy loose color , deep is 0.3-0.4mm ,tolerance is±0.05mm

Microwave presence detection switch for lighting

Ideal for outdoor or indoor use the AM-RS-86/AM-RS-03 microwave presence detectors can be wall or ceiling mounted and are designed for the automatic switching of lighting loads.

The Microwave Sensor Switch detects movement, within its range of detection, by emitting low power microwave signals and measuring the reflections as the signal reflects off moving objects such as people moving through a room.

When movement is detected the load switches ON. If no more movement is detected within a certain time, then the AM-RS-86/AM-RS-03 will switch the load OFF. The time is: 15~60s.
