· MAXQ614 low-power MAXQ® 16-bit microcontroller with built-in infrared (IR) module, designed for ultra-small applications such as smartphones and tablets. The device uses a miniature 2mm x 2mm x .65mm, 25-bump wafer-level package (WLP). Compared with the previous design, the solution size is reduced by 70%. MAXQ614 contains 80KB flash memory and 2KB data SRAM, which improves application flexibility. This single-chip audio solution has low power consumption and advanced audio signal processing capabilities, supports broadband voice communication (including noise cancellation and echo suppression), and is suitable for a variety of portable applications.
