Functional principle

Based on advanced sensors, temperature changes in the radiation intensity of the furnace are used to monitor changes in temperature rise or fall in real time. By selecting a high-precision sensor, the intelligent TEM-2D system can guarantee extremely high accuracy measurements and can display the temperature distribution of the entire two-dimensional measurement plane. For this purpose, two sets of sensors need to be installed on each side of the boiler, and a total of eight sets of sensors are installed. Through the intelligent software system, the measured data of the temperature distribution is obtained and displayed as a 2D contour. A small opening in the boiler wall will suffice to install the intelligent TEM-2D system with an opening diameter of around 40mm or less. The system uses gas cooling and tiny openings require only a small amount of gas (2 cubic meters per hour).
