The operating income of semiconductor discrete device products increased by 26.67% compared with the same period of last year; the operating income of light-emitting diode (LED) products increased by 1.52% compared with the same period of last year; the operating income of integrated circuits decreased by 2.5% compared with the same period of last year.
It can be seen that the revenue of discrete device products has increased the most, said Silan Micro, which is mainly due to the rapid growth of the company's 8-inch chip production line. The main reason for the slowdown in LED product revenue growth is the fluctuation in demand in the downstream LED market. In this regard, the company will accelerate the development of high-bright white light chips while securing the market share of color-screen chips, and enter the high-end LED lighting market as early as possible; as for the slight decline of integrated circuits, it is caused by the fluctuation of LED downstream market, leading to LED lighting drive. Shipment of circuits has declined. Silan Micro said that the company has accelerated the adjustment of its product structure. It is expected that the shipment of LED lighting driver circuits will resume growth in the third quarter.

In the first half of the year, Silan Group has achieved 20,000 chips per month and a total of 102,400 chips, which has actively promoted the company's revenue growth. The output of the subsidiary's Chengdu Shilan Company's epitaxial workshop and module workshop has also been maintained. With considerable growth, the power module packaging capability of the module shop has been increased to 3 million/month, and the packaging capability of MEMS products has been increased to 12 million/month. In addition, the subsidiary Schramming Gallium has completed the design and project bidding for the compound semiconductor device production line project, and is expected to start construction in the third quarter.
