1. Driving condition monitoring

2. Voice prompts for real-time monitoring
(1) When starting the vehicle, there will be a voice prompt "Wish you a happy journey!"
(2) Three minutes after starting the vehicle. There will be a voice prompting you to fasten your seat belt, "For your safety, please fasten your seat belt."
(3) When the road condition is not good, there will be a voice prompt of "The road condition is not good, please pay attention to safety".
(4) When the vehicle is driving in rainy weather, there will be "driving in rainy weather, please pay attention to safety". And prompt every 30 minutes. If the vehicle is not driving in the rain within 30 minutes, the voice prompt will stop for the next period of time.
(5) When driving in foggy weather, there will be a voice prompt of "Foggy driving, please pay attention to safety". The prompting method is the same as driving on a rainy day.
(6) When the vehicle is driving at night, there will be a voice prompt of "Driving at night, please pay attention to safety".
(7) When making a phone call while driving, there will be a voice prompt "During driving. Please do not call".
(8) During the stop, if there is a phone call, there will be three consecutive voice prompts of "You have a call, please answer".
(9) When there is excessive drinking, there will be a voice prompt "For your safety, please do not drive". And prompt every 5 minutes (can also increase the prohibition of vehicle starting function).
(10) When the vehicle has been driving continuously for more than 4 hours. There will be a voice prompt every 10 minutes "The driving time is too long, please continue after a break".
(11) During vehicle startup or driving. If the door is not closed properly, there will be a voice prompt "The door is not good, please check".
(12) If there are criminals using illegal means to start the vehicle, there will be a loud warning voice of "illegal driving of this vehicle".
3. Function expansion anti-theft function: After illegally starting the vehicle, continuously dial the set phone number to show the alarm. The telephone number can be set to 3-5 according to actual needs.
Second, the circuit principle
The block diagram to realize the above functions is shown in the right figure, and the circuit is shown in the figure below. The circuit principles of each part are now introduced as follows:
1. Signal detection section
(1) Start detection
The vehicle start detection is realized by the displacement sensor detection, and the detection circuit is composed of the displacement sensor, U1D and other components in the figure below. When the displacement sensor detects the displacement signal and undergoes the U1D amplification and shaping process, it transmits the signal to the U3 (5) pin, which is used for vehicle startup detection recognition and prompting.
When the car key is powered on, the control core will initialize all detection functions. The first function of detection is to see if there is a signal on U3 (5) pin and whether it reaches a certain level. Because the signal output by the displacement sensor is an analog signal, the faster the movement acceleration. The larger the output. Therefore, the U3 (5) pin is set as an analog sampling port, and vehicle startup detection can be easily achieved. When the start signal is detected, the prompter will issue a voice prompt "Wish you a happy journey!"
Three minutes after the vehicle starts, in order to remind the driver to fasten the seat belt, there is a voice prompt "For your safety, please fasten the seat belt".
(2) Detection of driving conditions
During the driving process of the vehicle, the road surface will be very poor, causing the vehicle to bump or cause other safety accidents. The detection of the driving road condition of the vehicle is performed by the mercury switch detection signal. When the road surface is stable, the mercury switch will generally not operate, and the U3 (28) pin is detected as a low level, but when encountering poor road conditions. Then it can make the mercury switch break. That is, the high-level pulse appears on the U3 (28) pin, which can detect the information of bad road conditions.
When the vehicle has a large bump, the prompter will have a voice prompt "The road is not good, please pay attention to safety". The prompt method is that after the first prompt, the second prompt will appear after 30 minutes.

Through-hole vs Surface Mount
1.27mm pitch pin (male) headers are offered in either Surface-mount or Through-hole mount termination. At one side of this pin header is a series of pins which can either be mounted and soldered directly onto the surface of the PCB (SMT) or placed into drilled holes on the PCB (THM).
Through-Hole (Poke-In)
Best used for high-reliability products that require stronger connections between layers.
Aerospace and military products are most likely to require this type of mounting as these products experience extreme accelerations, collisions, or high temperatures.
Useful in test and prototyping applications that sometimes require manual adjustments and replacements.

Elevated Pin Header Orientation
Elevated pins aka Stacked Pins or Mezzanine are simply stacked pin headers providing an exact distance requirement between PCBs that optimizes electrical reliability and performance between PCB boards.
Profile Above PCB
This type of configuration is the most common way of connecting board-to-board by a connector. First, the stacking height is calculated from one board to another and measured from the printed circuit board face to its highest insulator point above the PCB.
Single, Dual or Multiple Number of Rows
For a 1.27mm straight or vertical male pin header, the standard number of rows that Scondar offers ranges from 1 to 2 rows. However, customization can be available if 3, 4 or n number of rows is needed by the customer.
