According to legend, Huawei's next-generation Kirin chips will also be manufactured by TSMC.
Apple's A9 chips used in the iPhone 6s were manufactured by TSMC and Samsung. The results showed that the A9 chips manufactured by TSMC were superior to Samsung's A9 chip in energy consumption. Therefore, Apple has handed over the A9X and the latest A10 Fusion chip that were subsequently released to TSMC. Next year, Apple's A11 chip will also use TSMC's 10nm process.
However, there is news that at present, whether it is TSMC or Samsung, their 10nm process are still immature, yield is very low, so we can be sure that the current 10nm process chip can not be mass production. It is worth mentioning that the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 has only just been released. Samsung's 10nm process has not yet entered the mass production stage.
Therefore, the 10nm process is really mature and mass production, it is estimated that it will wait until early next year. It is reported that Samsung Galaxy S8 is likely to be the first mobile phone equipped with a 10nm chip, and it should be officially released around February next year.
