One: Introduction to equipment design

In order to test the quality of ultrafiltration water treatment products, ultrafiltration testing equipment is specially designed and manufactured according to the testing methods and standards of the production workshop. The PLC of this equipment uses Haiwell’s S16S2R host and analog acquisition module S04AI, and the HMI is Kunlun Tongstate’s TPC7062TD.

Used for pressure display, used for the setting of charging time, holding time, and holding pressure.

2: 1# station operation

First, connect the gas circuit of the equipment to be inspected, and set the charging time value, holding pressure time value, and holding pressure value. Press the "1# station start" button, 1# station is charged with the charging time setting value, and the text "1# station charging state!" is displayed during charging, 1# station charging solenoid valve Turn on, the 1# station indicator on the test bench will indicate red; when the charging time setting value is reached, the text "1# station charging status!" disappears, 1# station charging solenoid valve is closed, 1# The station enters the pressure holding stage; when the holding pressure time value is reached and the pressure display value is higher than or equal to the holding pressure setting value, the text "1# station pressure is normal!" is displayed, and the 1# station indicator light on the test bench is green Indication; when the holding pressure time value is reached and the pressure display value is lower than the holding pressure setting value, the text "1# station pressure failure!" is displayed, and the 1# station buzzer on the test bench will sound. After the test is completed, press the "1# station stop" button to end the test.

3: 2# station operation
